Why does this cost so much less than everyone else?
Honestly — because I started doing this out of love for animals, not as a business plan. Most Bay Area pet photographers charge $1,500 to $2,500 for a session. I charge $100 for 30 minutes because I want every pet to have great photos, regardless of budget.
When you factor in editing time, a 30-minute session works out to about $20 per hour of my time. I'm okay with that. These photos matter to people, and that's enough for me.
